With a dedicated and carefully selected team proficient in various trades, we strive to exceed expectations. While our primary focus is on substantial projects like extensions, conversions, renovations along with tenders and insurance claims for chartered surveyors and property management companies, we also undertake less complex projects, such as remedial works, installation of patios, driveways, kitchens and bathrooms. Regardless of the project size our service and delivery from our office team through to our on site operatives is always top priority, ensuring you have an seamless experience.
The Process
Once you make an enquiry, an appointment will be made whereby we can offer essential guidance and support prior to collaborating with like-minded professionals (If required - some listed below), to launch your project successfully from the off, at which point our full attention can be addressed to provide you with a detailed estimate, followed by streamlined preparation and finally the precise construction of your project, managed all under one roof through to satisfactory completion.
Health & Safety
With health and safety expert Rob Slater as part of our team, we are assured of upholding our outstanding safety record. Additionally, Adam to name but a few possesses the "SMSTS" (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification, which has played a crucial role in securing "Upside Projects" approval by "SafeContractor" status.
Alongside this we regularly address health and safety topics to also include emergency first aid at work refresher training.
